Currently buying a house and needed home inspection done. The sellers had one done a few months ago and gave me the inspection report after that buyers fell through but i still wanted to have my own done. These guys were able to walk me through the issues and concerns and give me a very knowledgeable explanation on why/how the issues happen and whether a DIY or a certified tech should be called and how to get the DIY ones should be done.

The guys who came out were very thorough. The made a long report with plenty of photos, and talked thru everything with my wife and I. They went over concerns and things they thought weren't a big deal. Would highly recommend.

Professional, knowledgeable, thorough with excellent customer service skills! They will explain their report, ask if you have any additional questions or concerns, and make recommendations and/ or suggestions based on their findings or your questions. They do their best to answer any question you may have and will redirect you to whom you would need to speak if they cannot answer, i. e., I asked if they knew the city ordinance where I was moving to on fence height, because my lot does not have one. Since I'm new here they told me where I could go to obtain that information-which is helpful, because Texas does everything so different-some might say backwards! ? My Husband wants to sell in two years, so we will definitely be using Ingle Inspections again!!!

Very impressed with the teamwork of this company. I have not seen this type of professional attention to detail since I was in the military. They were timely but did not rush. They took their time and developed a PDF packet that detailed every nook of the property. They went over everything they found to be a possible issue and pointed me in the right direction to address.
